Hexham Photographic Society had the pleasure of hosting this year’s South Tyne Print Competition on Tuesday, 18th November 2025, at the Torch Centre. The event drew a full house, with members and guests from across the region gathering to celebrate photographic excellence.
We were delighted to welcome Dave Phillips of the Hartlepool – Saltburn Photographic Society as our judge for the evening. With insight and clarity, Dave delivered thoughtful and constructive critiques, keeping the audience engaged throughout.
The standard of entries was exceptionally high with four images being awarded the full 30 points, and the final results — announced below in reverse order — reflected just how closely contested the top spots were:
