Belsay Hall Assignment

Members of HDPS are invited to meet at Belsay Hall on Saturday 26th May.   This is the start of Zoolab’s Animal Encounters, at Belsay Hall 26.5.18 – 3.6.18.   People may visit whenever they wish, but Club Secretary Kev Hilton will arrive around 15:00 on the 26th which will be straight after he finishes work at Fourstones Filling Station.   There is no theme set for this assignment. It is suggested that we photograph something of the event and the grounds of Belsay. Charity Calendar Clicks Into Action

Tyne Rivers Trust is launching its third charity calendar and is asking for anyone who enjoys the river Tyne to submit their best photos of the Tyne catchment to fill it.   The theme is My Tyne so images can cover anything from people enjoying the river to wildlife to scenic shots, as long as it’s taken within the river Tyne catchment which stretches from Redesdale to Haltwhistle to Tynemouth.   A judging panel will pick the best 12 photos and the winners will receive a free copy of the glossy calendar displaying their winning photo.
