Christmas Meal Booking form.

The Christmas meal is due to take place on the 19th December in Hexham Abbey. The menu is three courses and is priced at £19.95 per person. Tea and Coffee is available following the meal at an additional cost of £1.50 per person.   The Menu is as follows:   Starters: Smoked salmon served with blinis and a cream cheese and chive dip. 1st Print Competition Winners 2017-18

Our first Print Competition of the season was judged on 14th November at the Torch Centre by Gerald Chamberlin from Carlisle. He is Chairman and Competition Secretary of Morton Photographic Society. Durham Assignment.

Kevin Hilton is hosting an assignment in Durham to take place on the afternoon of Saturday the 9th of December. Currently the plan allows for members to arrive in the city and begin when convenient. Exhibition & Free Cinema Evening – Now Open!

Hexham Photographic Society is pleased to announce the opening of the latest exhibition of members work in the cafe area of the Forum Cinema. The exhibition is being held as part of the lead up to our Free Cinema Evening, to be held on the 7th November and will remain on display until the 12th November.  It will be open to the public during the cafe’s normal hours from 1:30pm daily, from 10:00am on Tuesdays and 11:00am on Saturdays.     Hosted in partnership with the Forum Cinema, Hexham Photographic Society are also inviting members and non members a FREE showing of the acclaimed documentary; McCullin on the 7th November. First PDI Competition Results 2017-18

Our First PDI Competition results were presented at our club night on 19th September. The Theme REFLECTIONS was well represented and judged by our members.



Photography Competition – Stephenson’s Newcastle

In 2018, the year of ICE’s 200th birthday, ICE North East is launching a new Stephenson’s Newcastle leaflet to celebrate the lives and works of George and Robert Stephenson. We are seeking photography of a list of locations which will form the basis of this new leaflet.   The photography competition is open to amateurs and professionals – schools, colleges, universities, photography clubs, members of the public, as well as industry colleagues.     Choose from a list of significant civil engineering projects across the region, and send in your photograph.
